My name is Reynaldo. I am a product of California public institutions (elementary - higher ed.) Fall 2010 Alumnus of the University of California, Riverside. socially awake, culturally aware, politically savvy, economically sound, CHRISTIAN CENTERED, I practice universal acceptance, and dance to the beat of my own drum (walking is boring.)

I HATE THIS SO MUCH!!! Corporations create loopholes to get out of providing basic necessities for employees, yet you tell us we should feel privileged to work for your corporation and slave for 40+ hours a week. No! both corporations and employees should feel privileged to be interacting with one another. And the threats & actions of outsourcing are so ridiculous and inhumane!  Exploitation of any sort is NOT ok.
